If there are no damages to the property, the security deposit will be returned to you within 2-3 working days after your check-out. As per company policy, no booking payments are collected on-site. To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit is required to secure the dates, with the remaining balance due 7 days before check-in. Any additional services can be paid for in cash during your stay.

We'll need identification (Passport/Aadhar Card/Driver’s License) from all guests staying at the villa for our records.

Prior agreement on the number and size of pets is necessary before confirming the booking. A pet cleaning charge of INR 15,000 will apply to the villa.

Each of our vacation residences in Goa, Alibaug, and Lonavala features its own exclusive pool. Several of our villas boast jacuzzis, and a few even offer heated pools. Meanwhile, the apartments include access to a shared pool within the community.

In order to secure your reservation, a 50% deposit is necessary to reserve the dates, with the remaining balance due seven days before your check-in date.

  • A 25% charge will apply if the check-in date is more than 60 days away.
  • If the check-in date is between 30 to 60 days away, a 50% charge of the total amount will be incurred.
  • No refund is provided for cancellations requested within 30 days of the check-in date.
  • Bank charges/transaction fees, if applicable, will be deducted from the refunded amount, depending on the payment method. Refunds will be processed within 15 working days and will reflect the entire booking amount.

  • Cancellations made 30 days before the check-in date will be eligible for a 100% refund.
  • Cancellations made between 30 - 15 days before the check-in date will be eligible for a 50% refund.
  • No refund is applicable if the booking is cancelled within 15 days of check-in, and 100% retention will be charged.
  • In the case of a No-Show, 100% no refund is applicable, and 100% retention will be charged.
  • Cancellation for peak dates that is Independence day (15th Aug), Diwali (30th Oct to 5th Nov), Christmas and New year (24th Dec to 2nd Jan), Republic day (26th Jan), and Holi festival will not be accepted.
  • In case of extreme last-minute cancellations due to extenuating circumstances, Guests will be refunded 85% of booking amount if Stayscape gets another booking for the same date(s). If not, Guests will not be given a refund, and the cancellation will be treated as a no-show.
  • If the Guest has made a partial payment, they are entitled to no refund whatsoever.
    GST at applicable rates will be charged on this cancellation fee.
