Each villa is well-furnished with modern amenities, ensuite bedrooms, and select rooms featuring balconies. As the property follows a vegetarian-only policy, Aquavista is one of the preferred Jain villas in Lonavala. Located near Jayanand Dham, this Lonavala villa gives large groups a private, comfortable space with everything they need for a nice weekend getaway.

  • I had booked this property via stayscape i was very sceptical to book as finding pure veg & jain villa is a difficult job when you go with family. But Once I checked in I was shocked that the property was Pure Veg & Jain Only We were family of 40 adults and we were travelling from ahemdabad so we booked all 3 units for 3 nights And was amazed by the Hospitality,Service ,Food They Offered 😍 They also provided choviyaar Facilities,Games ,Small sit out area 3 pools ,Jain temple was at walking distance Kudos to Stayscape Team who is managing Aquavista , Kinnari our point of contact from Stayscape she was so responsive from the initial stages of booking to our check out . Dhannjay Ground level staff was very helpful throughout our stay Mithun the chef there provided delicious food with choviyaar Facilities. Yes, there will be a caretaker on site. They will be available from 8 am to 11 pm. In case of an emergency, you can always reach out to them.
No. We don’t allow outside food deliveries at our villas. Instead, our in-house chefs prepare fresh, wholesome meals tailored to your preferences, whether it’s breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, BBQ or dinner. Guests often say the food is a highlight of their stay with Stayscape Villas. To help our team serve you best, we request that final meal orders be placed two days prior to check-in so we can stock up with all the necessary groceries. This allows our staff to prepare everything with care and still be ready bright and early for the next day.

cancellation policy

  •  For cancellations made up to 40 days prior to the check-in date, 90% of the booking amount will be refunded via the original payment mode or 100% in the form of a Travel Credit, which can be redeemed for future bookings booked with Stayscape Villa
  • For cancellations made 26 – 40 days prior to the check-in date, 50%* of the booking amount will be refunded.
  • For cancellations made within 25 days prior to the check-in date, the booking amount will be non-refundable
  • Standard Cancellation Policy does not apply to peak or blackout dates. Refunds are only available if 100% payment has been made. Partial payments are non-refundable.

  • Check-in time will be 01:00 pm on the arrival date and check-out time will be 11.00 am on the departure date. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges, at the discretion of Stayscape.
  • Guests are requested to pay a security deposit of INR 15,000 at the time of check-in. This amount will be refunded at check-out  or via NEFT within 3 business days after check-out.
  • All dues for the villa booking, including meal charges, must be cleared prior to check-in.
  • As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
  • Guests are responsible for his/her personal belongings and valuables. We request you to comply with the rules and regulations to make your stay in our villa comfortable.
  • Access to the kitchen is on prior request only and as per discretion of Stayscape.
  • Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
  • Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
  • Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
  • Loud music is not allowed post 10pm
  • The use of crackers or colors is not permitted within the villa premises.
  • Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property.Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Guests may smoke outdoors or in the poolside area. Please use ashtrays provided and exercise caution to avoid any fire hazards.

Quick Notes for Best Experience

  • Aquavista can be booked as a 3BHK villa, 6BHK villa, or the full 9BHK complex. The villas are not divided by walls, but bookings are offered only for family groups to ensure comfort and privacy for all guests. Even if you’re sharing the property with other families, the premises remain safe, secure, and family-friendly.
  • We have an inverter backup system in place for essential lighting and fan operations during any minor power disruptions. 
  • Swimwear is mandatory in the pool.
  • The caretakers will be there to assist you with any requirements; however their availability is limited to 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM.

The space features two air coolers for added comfort. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned to ensure a restful and peaceful sleep.
  • While the villa does not have a generator on-site, we do have an inverter backup system in place for essential lighting and fan operations during any minor power disruptions, so your stay remains comfortable and uninterrupted.
