Test Stayscape Booking, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

At Stayscape, we aim to provide transparent and fair policies that respect both our guests and our villa partners. Please read the following carefully before confirming your reservation.

Standard Cancellation Policy

• 0 to 25 days – No refund Applicable
• 25 to 40 days: 50% refund
• 40 days and above – 90% refund
• No Refund is applicable on the Part payment done by the Guest.

Peak Season / Blackout Dates

Cancellations will not be permitted for bookings on peak dates:

• Independence & Republic Day
• Diwali week
• Christmas & New Year
• Holi
• Raksha Bandhan

Last-Minute Cancellations

In case of emergencies, if Stayscape is able to secure a rebooking for the same dates, 50% of the amount may be refunded. Otherwise, it will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.

Reschedule Policy

• Rescheduling is only allowed for the same property
• Tariff difference (if applicable) must be paid
• Rescheduling timelines:
  • Within 12 hours of payment: Free rescheduling (except for bookings with check-in in the next 7 days)
  • Up to 7 days before check-in: 15% rescheduling charge + GST
  • 2 days before check-in: 50% rescheduling charge + GST
  • Charges are applicable each time a booking is rescheduled

Relocation Policy

• Relocation to another villa is not permitted once the booking is confirmed

Early Check-in / Late Check-out Policy

• Standard check-in: 1:00 PM | Standard check-out: 11:00 AM

• Additional charges for Early Check-ins / Late Check-outs may apply and will be communicated to the Guest by a Stayscape Sales representative
• All early/late check-in/out requests are subject to Stayscape’s discretion and availability.

Refund for Extra Charges

• If extra bedding was added and the guest informs at least 48 hours before check-in, the 75% amount will be refunded
• No refund on extra bedding will be processed for cancellations within 48 hours of check-in or after check-in.

Cancellations by Stayscape

In rare cases, if Stayscape has to cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking, the guest may choose one of the following:

• 100% refund to original payment method (processed within 5-7 working days)
• 100% of booking amount as Stayscape Travel Credit (excluding GST), valid for 360 days

Processing Refunds

• All refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

Test

• Check-in : 1 PM
• Check-out : 11 AM
• The security deposit of 10,000 and meal payments will be collected ONLINE only.
• Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
• Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
• Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
• Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
• We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
• Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property.
• Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
• Guests are prohibited from smoking and setting up hookahs in the rooms.
• The pool (if present) is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times.
• Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
• As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
• Inappropriate behavior or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
• Tea/Coffee will be served during breakfast and evening tea time. If you would like tea/coffee at any other time of the day, it can be arranged at an additional charge.
• We want your stay to be enjoyable and stress-free. If you have any questions or special requests, don’t hesitate to contact us.
• Security deposit is to be paid at check-in. If no damages are observed, the deposit will be returned during check-out itself or by NEFT within 3 business days after check-out.
• Please Note: The Security Deposit is subject to change depending upon the number of nights and the group size. Please check with your holiday advisor at the time of booking.
