•  For cancellations made up to 40 days prior to the check-in date, 90% of the booking amount will be refunded via the original payment mode or 100% in the form of a Travel Credit, which can be redeemed for future bookings booked with Stayscape Villa
• For cancellations made 26 – 40 days prior to the check-in date, 50%* of the booking amount will be refunded.
• For cancellations made within 25 days prior to the check-in date, the booking amount will be non-refundable
• Standard Cancellation Policy does not apply to peak or blackout dates. Refunds are only available if 100% payment has been made. Partial payments are non-refundable.

• Check-in time will be 01:00 pm on the arrival date and check-out time will be 11.00 am on the departure date. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges, at the discretion of Stayscape.
• Guests are requested to pay a security deposit of INR 40,000 at the time of check-in. This amount will be refunded at check-out  or via NEFT within 3 business days after check-out.
• All dues for the villa booking, including meal charges, must be cleared prior to check-in.
• As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
• Guests are responsible for his/her personal belongings and valuables. We request you to comply with the rules and regulations to make your stay in our villa comfortable.
• Access to the kitchen is on prior request only and as per discretion of Stayscape.
• Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
• Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
• Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
• Loud music is not allowed post 10pm
• The use of crackers or colors is not permitted within the villa premises.
• Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property.Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Guests may smoke outdoors or in the poolside area. Please use ashtrays provided and exercise caution to avoid any fire hazards.

• We have generators to manage power fluctuations, but appliances like ACs and geysers may be affected. The backup takes 10 mins to start. The diesel cost for the generator is charged at actuals.
• Wi-Fi is provided, though connectivity may be intermittent due to our remote location.
• Our outdoor pool is nestled amidst trees, which means occasional leaves and other insects may be present. Rest assured, the pool is equipped with a reliable filtration system for cleanliness and safety.
• Jacuzzi is available, with an additional charge.
• The caretaker is on duty from 8 am to 11 pm. 
• Although this is a pet-friendly villa, pets are not allowed in the bathroom or on the beds. Guests are requested to carry pet beds and ensure their pets’ safety. Please cooperate so we can keep the villa clean for our next guests.
• Swimwear is mandatory in the pool.
