- While we provide wifi, that interrupted connectivity cannot be guaranteed due to our remote location. Embrace this opportunity to disconnect and immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature.
- Our outdoor pool is nestled amidst trees, which means occasional leaves and other insects may be present. Rest assured the pool is equipped with a reliable filtration system for cleanliness and safety.
- We have generator backup in case of voltage fluctuations, however operation of the same will have to be paid for on actuals.
- Our location occasionally experiences electricity fluctuations however we have generators in place to mitigate any inconveniences, please note this may affect of electrical appliances like Ac’s and geysers.

- The security deposit and meal payments will be collected ONLINE only.
- Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
- Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
- Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
- Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
- We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 8 pm.
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
- Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property.
- Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
- Guests are prohibited from smoking and setting up hookahs in the rooms/villa/lawns.
- The pool (if present) is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times.
- Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables.
- Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
- As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
- Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
- Tea/Coffee will be served during breakfast and evening tea time. If you would like tea/coffee at any other time of the day, it can be arranged at an additional charge.
- No crackers or colours are permitted in this home.
- All payments for booking the villa, including meals will have to be pre-paid prior to checkin. Security Deposit collected during booking will be returned during check-out or by NEFT within 3 business days after check-out, provided no damages are observed. To avoid inconvenience, we will not be accepting cash onsite for any reasons henceforth.
- Security deposit is to be paid at check-in. If no damages are observed, the deposit will be returned during check-out itself or by NEFT within 3 business days after check-out.
- Please Note: The Security Deposit is subject to change depending upon the number of nights and the group size. Please check with your holiday advisor at the time of booking.
- Cancellations made 30 days before the check-in date will be eligible for a 100% refund.
- Cancellations made between 30 – 15 days before the check-in date will be eligible for a 50% refund.
- No refund is applicable if the booking is cancelled within 15 days of check-in, and 100% retention will be charged.
- In the case of a No-Show, 100% no refund is applicable, and 100% retention will be charged.
- As per the company policy cancellations will not be accepted for long weekends and peak dates, including Independence Day, Diwali, Christmas, New Year, and Republic Day.
- In case of extreme last-minute cancellations due to extenuating circumstances, Guests will be refunded 85% of booking amount if Stayscape gets another booking for the same date(s). If not, Guests will not be given a refund, and the cancellation will be treated as a no-show.
- In case of partial payment, no refund will be applicable.

Maison villa by Stayscape was perfect for our recent weekend staycation. The villa is amazingly built keeping in mind the aesthetics, and luxury. The bedrooms are super comfy and spacious. The swimming pool was big enough for a group of 8-10 and caretakers at the Villa made sure we did not face any issues during the stay. Food was great and full of flavours. There are 3 big terrace perfect for stargazing and had great views of mountains around. Overall it was a great stay for us and will definitely recommend it. Also the location is very convenient just 100m from old highway
