•  For cancellations made up to 40 days prior to the check-in date, 90% of the booking amount will be refunded via the original payment mode or 100% in the form of a Travel Credit, which can be redeemed for future bookings booked with Stayscape Villa
• For cancellations made 26 – 40 days prior to the check-in date, 50%* of the booking amount will be refunded.
• For cancellations made within 25 days prior to the check-in date, the booking amount will be non-refundable
• Standard Cancellation Policy does not apply to peak or blackout dates. Refunds are only available if 100% payment has been made. Partial payments are non-refundable.

• Check-in time will be 01:00 pm on the arrival date and check-out time will be 11.00 am on the departure date. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges, at the discretion of Stayscape.
• Guests are requested to pay a security deposit of INR 10,000 at the time of check-in. This amount will be refunded at check-out  or via NEFT within 3 business days after check-out.
• All dues for the villa booking, including meal charges, must be cleared prior to check-in.
• As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
• Guests are responsible for his/her personal belongings and valuables. We request you to comply with the rules and regulations to make your stay in our villa comfortable.
• Access to the kitchen is on prior request only and as per discretion of Stayscape.
• Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
• Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
• Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
• Loud music is not allowed post 10pm
• The use of crackers or colors is not permitted within the villa premises.
• Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property.Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Guests may smoke outdoors or in the poolside area. Please use ashtrays provided and exercise caution to avoid any fire hazards.

• We have generators to manage power fluctuations, but appliances like ACs and geysers may be affected. The backup takes 10 mins to start. The diesel cost for the generator is charged at actuals.
• Wi-Fi is provided, though connectivity may be intermittent due to our remote location.
• Our outdoor pool is nestled amidst trees, which means occasional leaves and other insects may be present. Rest assured, the pool is equipped with a reliable filtration system for cleanliness and safety.
• Swimwear is mandatory in the pool.
• The approach roads to this holiday home in Karjat are very bumpy for the last 15 minutes. If travelling with pregnant ladies, please take extra precautions. 
• Although this is a pet-friendly villa, pets are not allowed in the bathroom or on the beds. Guests are requested to carry pet beds and ensure their pets’ safety. Please cooperate so we can keep the villa clean for our next guests.
• The caretakers will be there to assist you with any requirements; however their availability is limited to 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM.

• As you enter the Senior Citizen-friendly Villa, a welcoming veranda invites you to unwind. Moving through the entrance, a passage unfolds – to the left is the 1^st bedroom with an ensuite washroom, and as you come out enjoy the serene beauty of nature with a private pool overlooking a lush garden and lawn area. Dive into relaxation or simply unwind by the poolside.
• Continuing to the right side of the passage, a spacious living area awaits on the left, complemented by a dining area, a common washroom and a well-equipped kitchen on the right, fostering a seamless flow of communal spaces.
• Elevate your experience with a unique gazebo on the first level, featuring comfortable sofa seating. Overlooking the villa and lush greenery, it’s the perfect spot for family music sessions, game nights, or simply basking in the scenic views.
• For the sports enthusiasts, indulge in a game of cricket at the dedicated cricket turf within the villa premises. A perfect way to stay active and enjoy some friendly competition.
• Venturing straight ahead, a recreational haven unfolds – to the left is a pool table with a lawn view, inviting friendly competition. Opposite to it, two rooms boast ensuite washrooms, providing privacy and comfort. Adjacent to the pool table, another bedroom offers a cozy retreat.
• As we are situated in natural environment encounters with insects, reptiles and other pests may occur. Rest assured, we take the necessary measures to ensure a safe and comfortable stay.
• While we provide wifi, that interrupted connectivity cannot be guaranteed due to our remote location. Embrace this opportunity to disconnect and immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature.
• Our outdoor pool is nestled amidst trees, which means occasional leaves and other insects may be present. Rest assured the pool is equipped with a reliable filtration system for cleanliness and safety.
• We have generator backup in case of voltage fluctuations, however operation of the same will have to be paid for on actuals.
• Our location occasionally experiences electricity fluctuations however we have generators in place to mitigate any inconveniences, please note this may affect of electrical appliances like Ac’s and geysers.
