It’s just 3kms away from Karjat Railway station making it very easily accessible.
The villa offers amenities like table tennis and carrom for entertainment.Outside, there’s a large gazebo where you can relax with family and friends.
Our in-house chefs serve up delicious meals, including barbecue specialties, ensuring a delightful stay for all.
Spend some time playing fun ball games with your little ones and fur buddies as they run freely in the open spaces around the home.

Property Layout

In this fully-staffed villa There are 5Bedrooms out of which 4 bedrooms have ensuite washrooms.
1 Bedroom with an attached washroom is on the Grnd Level and 4Bedrooms are on the 1st Level.
1 Bedroom on the 1st Level has 2 Single Beds and it does not have an attached washroom.
There is an additional bathroom in the Living Area.
This Villa can easily accommodate upto 35 people as we have provision of additional mattresses.
Living Room has Wi-fi and Smart TV.
There is a Portable Speaker at the Villa.
As we are situated in natural environment encounters with insects, reptiles and other pests may occur. Rest assured, we take necessary measures to ensure a safe and comfortable stay.
While we provide wi-fi, that interrupted connectivity cannot be guaranteed due to our remote location. Embrace this opportunity to disconnect and immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature
Our outdoor pool is nestled amidst trees, which means occasional leaves and other insects may be present. Rest assured the pool is equipped with a reliable filtration system for cleanliness and safety.
There are 4 Caretakers to assist you on site.

House Rules

Security Deposit of Rs. 10,000 is payable at the villa at the time of Check-in which is 100% refundable, if no damage observed.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the villa, including fittings, furniture, and other provided items. Damages will be charged to the guest.
The villa does not have a generator. However, it is equipped with an inverter providing basic power for lights and fans for up to 3 to 4 hours.
Loud Music after 11 p.m. is not allowed, however you can play normal music inside the villa.
While booking share exact number of guests, every additional guest will be chargeable.
No outside guests allowed without prior information.
Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying
firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property.
Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
Guests are prohibited from smoking and setting up hookahs inside villa premises.
The pool (if present) is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times.
Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables.
Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 days before the check-in date will be eligible for a 100% refund.
Cancellations made between 30 - 15 days before the check-in date will be eligible for a 50% refund.
No refund is applicable if the booking is cancelled within 15 days of check-in, and 100% retention will be charged.
In the case of a No-Show, 100% no refund is applicable, and 100% retention will be charged.
Cancellation for peak dates that is Independence day (15th Aug), Diwali (30th Oct to 5th Nov), Christmas and New year (24th Dec to 2nd Jan) and Republic day (26th Jan) will not be accepted.
In case of extreme last-minute cancellations due to extenuating circumstances, Guests will be refunded 85% of booking amount if Stayscape gets another booking for the same date(s). If not, Guests will not be given a refund, and the cancellation will be treated as a no-show.
If the Guest has made a partial payment, they are entitled to no refund whatsoever.
GST at applicable rates will be charged on this cancellation fee.
