This 5-bedroom retreat, with a spacious family room, opens onto a terrace with picturesque views. The covered pool is another factor of indulgence here, with no worry of weather being too sunny or rainy, you can still have your pool time.

  • A stylish seating area in the patio greets you even before you enter the home. 
  • Spacious living space with a part of one wall covered in framed glass tiles. With tall windows on either side, the living room remains airy and cross-ventilated. Although it doesn’t have an AC, we have two coolers here for additional comfort.
  • Floor-to-ceiling windows just behind the indoor dining table. 
  • A pool table is kept in the living area for some playtime indoors
  • 5 ensuite bedrooms with 1 family room featuring two double beds joined together. 
  • The family room is connected to a covered terrace with wooden seating and a swing.

    Had an amazing overnight picnic at this beautiful bungalow with a stunning swimming pool. The property was immaculately maintained, and the surroundings were peaceful. The pool area was perfect for a relaxing evening, and the bungalow's amenities were top-notch. Highly recommend for a fun and relaxing getaway with family or friends. To sum it up….food was amazing and the staff was polite and helpful😊👍

    This is such a beautiful peaceful villa in Lonavala. The view is absolutely stunning. We went on a rainy day and their terrace attached to the bedroom was our favourite as the atmosphere was so cold and peaceful. The swimming pool is huge and has a built in jacuzzi and colour changing lights. The living area has such a modern interior and glass look, perfect for pictures. They have TV, Wifi, music system, alexa, remote controlled fans, a dedicated dining area with in house chefs, it’s also pet friendly. Food us super delicious. The bedrooms are super cozy and comfortable, and bathrooms are also nice with amazing interiors and LED mirrors. Everything is designed perfectly. The caretakers also look after your every need. Fully worth it villa, highly recommended!

Instead, our in-house chefs prepare fresh, wholesome meals tailored to your preferences, whether it’s breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, BBQ or dinner. To help our team serve you best, we request that final meal orders be at least two days in advance so we can prepare accordingly.   •  For cancellations made up to 40 days prior to the check-in date, 90% of the booking amount will be refunded via the original payment mode or 100% in the form of a Travel Credit, which can be redeemed for future bookings booked with Stayscape Villa
  • For cancellations made 26 – 40 days prior to the check-in date, 50%* of the booking amount will be refunded.
  • For cancellations made within 25 days prior to the check-in date, the booking amount will be non-refundable
  • Standard Cancellation Policy does not apply to peak or blackout dates. Refunds are only available if 100% payment has been made. Partial payments are non-refundable.

house rules

  • Check-in time will be 01:00 pm on the arrival date and check-out time will be 11.00 am on the departure date. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges, at the discretion of Stayscape.
  • Guests are requested to pay a security deposit of INR 10,000 at the time of check-in. This amount will be refunded at check-out  or via NEFT within 3 business days after check-out.
  • All dues for the villa booking, including meal charges, must be cleared prior to check-in.
  • As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
  • Guests are responsible for his/her personal belongings and valuables. We request you to comply with the rules and regulations to make your stay in our villa comfortable.
  • Access to the kitchen is on prior request only and as per discretion of Stayscape.
  • Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
  • Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
  • Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
  • Loud music is not allowed post 10pm
  • The use of crackers or colors is not permitted within the villa premises.
  • Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property.Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Guests may smoke outdoors or in the poolside area. Please use ashtrays provided and exercise caution to avoid any fire hazards.

Quick Notes for Best Experience

  • We have generators to manage power fluctuations, but appliances like ACs and geysers may be affected. The backup takes 10 mins to start. The diesel cost for the generator is charged at actuals.
  • Wi-Fi is provided, though connectivity may be intermittent due to our remote location.
  • The living room does not have an AC, but has two coolers and enough cross-ventilation to feel airy and breezy. 
  • The family room has two double beds next to each other and no space to move them. 
  • The caretakers will be there to assist you with any requirements; however their availability is limited to 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM 
  • Swimwear is mandatory in the pool.
  • Although this is a pet-friendly villa, pets are not allowed in the bathroom or on the beds. Guests are requested to carry pet beds and ensure their pets’ safety. Please cooperate so we can keep the villa clean for our next guests.

  • Those who enjoy indoor fun, the villa features a pool table—perfect for relaxed evenings and friendly matches.
  • We have generator backup in case of voltage fluctuations, however operation of the same will have to be paid for on actuals.
  • Our location occasionally experiences electricity fluctuations however we have generators in place to mitigate any inconveniences, please note this may affect of electrical appliances like Ac’s and geysers..
