Yes, there will be a caretaker on site. They will be available from 8 am to 11 pm. In case of an emergency, you can always reach out to them.
No. We don’t allow outside food deliveries at our villas. Instead, our in-house chefs prepare fresh, wholesome meals tailored to your preferences, whether it’s breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, BBQ or dinner. Guests often say the food is a highlight of their stay with Stayscape Villas. To help our team serve you best, we request that final meal orders be at least two days in advance so we can prepare accordingly. This allows our staff to prepare everything with care and still be ready fresh and early for the next day.

cancellation policy

  • For cancellations made up to 40 days prior to the check-in date, 90% of the booking amount will be refunded via the original payment mode or 100% in the form of a Travel Credit, which can be redeemed for future bookings booked with Stayscape Villa
  • For cancellations made 26 – 40 days prior to the check-in date, 50%* of the booking amount will be refunded.
  • For cancellations made within 25 days prior to the check-in date, the booking amount will be non-refundable
  • Standard Cancellation Policy does not apply to peak or blackout dates. Refunds are only available if 100% payment has been made. Partial payments are non-refundable.

  • Check-in time will be 01:00 pm on the arrival date and check-out time will be 11.00 am on the departure date. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges, at the discretion of Stayscape.
  • Guests are requested to pay a security deposit of INR 10,000 at the time of check-in. This amount will be refunded at check-out  or via NEFT within 3 business days after check-out.
  • All dues for the villa booking, including meal charges, must be cleared prior to check-in.
  • As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
  • Guests are responsible for his/her personal belongings and valuables. We request you to comply with the rules and regulations to make your stay in our villa comfortable.
  • Access to the kitchen is on prior request only and as per discretion of Stayscape.
  • Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
  • Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
  • Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
  • Loud music is not allowed post 10pm
  • The use of crackers or colors is not permitted within the villa premises.
  • Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property.Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Guests may smoke outdoors or in the poolside area. Please use ashtrays provided and exercise caution to avoid any fire hazards.

Quick Notes for Best Experience

  • We don’t have a generator backup, but we do have an inverter backup to manage power fluctuations; however, appliances like ACs and geysers may be affected.
  • We can add additional single beds in the first floor bedrooms, as per guest requirement. 
  • Since the property is within a gated complex, guests are requested to keep their music volume in check for a pleasant stay for everyone around. 
  • Our pool is covered, however, there could be occasional leaves and other insects around the area. Rest assured, the pool is equipped with a reliable filtration system for cleanliness and safety.
  • The caretakers will be there to assist you with any requirements; however their availability is limited to 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM 
  • Swimwear is mandatory in the pool.
