Property Layout

In this fully-staffed villa, all 4 bedrooms have ensuite washrooms.
There are 2 Bedrooms on the Ground Level and 2 Bedrooms are on the 1st Level. All 4 Rooms have attached
balconies with mesmerizing view of the Valley.
Homes like this cannot be built on a highway. Prepare for an adventurous approach to your forest getaway.
There are 2 separate Kitchens one for Pure veg and one for Non veg.
Living Room has Wi-fi and Smart TV.
There is a Portable Speaker at the Villa.
As we are situated in natural environment encounters with insects, reptiles and other pests may occur. Rest
assured, we take necessary measures to ensure a safe and comfortable stay.
While we provide wi-fi, that interrupted connectivity cannot be guaranteed due to our remote location.
Embrace this opportunity to disconnect and immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature.
Our outdoor pool is nestled amidst trees, which means occasional leaves and other insects may be present.
Rest assured the pool is equipped with a reliable filtration system for cleanliness and safety.

House Rules

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 days before the check-in date will be eligible for a 100% refund.
Cancellations made between 30 - 15 days before the check-in date will be eligible for a 50% refund.
No refund is applicable if the booking is cancelled within 15 days of check-in, and 100% retention will be charged.
In the case of a No-Show, 100% no refund is applicable, and 100% retention will be charged.
Cancellation for peak dates that is Independence day (15th Aug), Diwali (30th Oct to 5th Nov), Christmas and New year (24th Dec to 2nd Jan) and Republic day (26th Jan) will not be accepted.
In case of extreme last-minute cancellations due to extenuating circumstances, Guests will be refunded 85% of booking amount if Stayscape gets another booking for the same date(s). If not, Guests will not be given a refund, and the cancellation will be treated as a no-show.
If the Guest has made a partial payment, they are entitled to no refund whatsoever.
GST at applicable rates will be charged on this cancellation fee.

Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property.
Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
Guests are prohibited from smoking and setting up hookahs in the rooms/villa/lawns.
The pool (if present) is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times.
Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables.
Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
Tea/Coffee will be served during breakfast and evening tea time. If you would like tea/coffee at any other time of the day, it can be arranged at an additional charge.
No crackers or colours are permitted in this home.
All payments for booking the villa, including meals will have to be pre-paid prior to checkin. Security Deposit collected during booking will be returned during check-out or by NEFT within 3 business days after check-out, provided no damages are observed. To avoid inconvenience, we will not be accepting cash onsite for any reasons henceforth.
Security deposit is to be paid at check-in. If no damages are observed, the deposit will be returned during check-out itself or by NEFT within 3 business days after check-out.
