Zuri House has a cosy 1-bedroom luxury cottage in Karjat, perfect for romantic getaways or a quiet mid-week escape with your partner. Designed in a warm cabin-style, it comes with a private pool and sits within the premises of another cottage and a 2BHK villa. If no other guests are booked during your stay, you’ll have complete access to the shared spaces, including a swimming pool, lawns, and an outdoor dining setup. The space is styled with a chic boho aesthetic, creating a warm atmosphere for your stay.

Please note, this cottage is only available to book on weekdays (Monday to Thursday).

  • As you enter, there is a small living area with wicker lights, indoor plants and a cushioned space to sit.
  • The stairs from the living room lead to the ensuite bedroom upstairs.

    We had a truly memorable stay at this beautiful property! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. You can tell a lot of love and care goes into the kitchen here. Yes, this Lonavala villa does have a parking space for cars.
Yes, there will be a caretaker on site. They will be available from 10 am to 8 pm. In case of an emergency, you can always reach out to them.
No. We don’t allow outside food deliveries at our villas. Instead, our in-house chefs prepare fresh, wholesome meals tailored to your preferences, whether it’s breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, BBQ or dinner. Guests often say the food is a highlight of their stay with Stayscape Villas. we request that final meal menu needs to be confirmed 48 hours before check in.. This allows our staff to prepare everything with care and still be ready bright and early for the next day.
The pool villa in Lonavala follows standard timings: 8 AM to 10 PM
No, there is no separate accommodation available for drivers, nannies or additional staff. But we do have a provision to accommodate them in our spacious living rooms, with extra mattresses (at an additional cost).

cancellation policy

  •  For cancellations made up to 40 days prior to the check-in date, 90% of the booking amount will be refunded via the original payment mode or 100% in the form of a Travel Credit, which can be redeemed for future bookings booked with Stayscape Villa
  • For cancellations made 26 – 40 days prior to the check-in date, 50%* of the booking amount will be refunded.
  • For cancellations made within 25 days prior to the check-in date, the booking amount will be non-refundable
  • Standard Cancellation Policy does not apply to peak or blackout dates. Refunds are only available if 100% payment has been made. Partial payments are non-refundable.

  • Check-in time will be 01:00 pm on the arrival date and check-out time will be 11.00 am on the departure date. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges, at the discretion of Stayscape.
  • Guests are requested to pay a security deposit of INR 15,000 at the time of check-in. This amount will be refunded at check-out  or via NEFTwithin 3 business days after check-out.
  • All dues for the villa booking, including meal charges, must be cleared prior to check-in.
  • As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
  • Guests are responsible for his/her personal belongings and valuables. We request you to comply with the rules and regulations to make your stay in our villa comfortable.
  • Access to the kitchen is on prior request only and as per discretion of Stayscape.
  • Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
  • Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
  • Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
  • Loud music is not allowed post 10pm
  • The use of crackers or colors is not permitted within the villa premises.
  • Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property.Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Guests may smoke outdoors or in the poolside area. Please use ashtrays provided and exercise caution to avoid any fire hazards.

  • The cottage is only available to book on weekdays.
  • The pool and lawn space are common to another cottage and a 2BHK villa.
  • In case there are no other guests, you can enjoy these amenities by yourself.
  • Swimwear is mandatory in the pool.
  • Although this is a pet-friendly villa, pets are not allowed in the bathroom or on the beds. Guests are requested to carry pet beds and ensure their pets’ safety. Please cooperate so we can keep the villa clean for our next guests.
