Yes, there will be a caretaker on site. They will be available from 8 am to 11 pm. In case of an emergency, you can always reach out to them.

No. We don’t allow outside food deliveries at our villas. Instead, our in-house chefs prepare fresh, wholesome meals tailored to your preferences, whether it’s breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, BBQ or dinner. Guests often say the food is a highlight of their stay with Stayscape Villas. To help our team serve you best, we request that final meal orders be placed two days prior to check-in so we can stock up with all the necessary groceries. This allows our staff to prepare everything with care and still be ready fresh and early for the next day.

What are the pool timings?

The pool villa in Lonavala follows standard timings: 10.00 AM to 8.00 PM

Is there driver/nanny accommodation available?

No, there is no separate accommodation available for drivers, nannies or additional staff. But we do have a provision to accommodate them in our spacious living rooms, with extra mattresses (at an additional cost)
