The spaces are easy, functional where it counts. Inside, there are 5 bedrooms spanning over three floors, so enough room for everyone to relax. A dedicated game zone, a jacuzzi into one of the bathrooms, a pool and a projector setup beside, turn the evenings into a low-key movie-night under the sky. For families or couples travelling together, Sage House offers the perfect balance most places promise but rarely deliver. 

Layout

  • One of the five bedrooms is on the ground level, making this an elderly-friendly villa in Lonavala. This bedroom does not have an ensuite, the washroom is just outside the bedroom. 
  • The living area is masterfully decorated with indoor plants, rugs, paintings and a fluid mirror for aesthetics. 
  • The living room has AC, couch seating in front of the TV. It also has an extended dining area. 
  • Three ensuite bedrooms are on the first level. 
  • One bedroom (master bedroom) has a double bed and a single bed, a fluid mirror and large French windows looking out to the views. 
  • The master bedroom has a jacuzzi in the bathroom. 
  • The second level of the home is a dedicated games and chilling zone. It has artificial lawn, a seating space, a balcony swing, and TT, foosball and Pool tables. 
  • The fifth bedroom is on the third level, led by stairs from the gaming zone. This bedroom does not have an ensuite. 
  • This bedroom feels like a private glass house in itself with large sliding windows on all three sides of the room, ensuring you wake up to beautiful views. 
  • All bedrooms are chic and spacious, equipped with AC bedding, side tables and wardrobe. 
  • There is enough well-lit space in the villa compound for parking.

Is there a caretaker available throughout our stay?
Yes, there will be a caretaker on site. They will be available from 8 am to 11 pm. In case of an emergency, you can always reach out to them.
No. We don’t allow outside food deliveries at our villas. Instead, our in-house chefs prepare fresh, wholesome meals tailored to your preferences, whether it’s breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, BBQ or dinner. Guests often say the food is a highlight of their stay with Stayscape Villas. To help our team serve you best, we request that final meal orders be placed two days prior to check-in so we can stock up with all the necessary groceries. This allows our staff to prepare everything with care and still be ready fresh and early for the next day.
The pool villa in Lonavala follows standard timings: 10.00 AM to 8.00 PM
No, there is no separate accommodation available for drivers, nannies or additional staff. But we do have a provision to accommodate them in our spacious living rooms, with extra mattresses (at an additional cost).
Yes, Sage House is a pet-friendly villa in Lonavala. However, pet parents are requested not to allow pets in the bathrooms or on beds. Please carry pets’ beds for their comfort and safety.

  • For cancellations made up to 40 days prior to the check-in date, 90% of the booking amount will be refunded via the original payment mode or 100% in the form of a Travel Credit, which can be redeemed for future bookings booked with Stayscape Villa
  • For cancellations made 26 – 40 days prior to the check-in date, 50%* of the booking amount will be refunded.
  • For cancellations made within 25 days prior to the check-in date, the booking amount will be non-refundable
  • Standard Cancellation Policy does not apply to peak or blackout dates. Refunds are only available if 100% payment has been made. Partial payments are non-refundable.

  • Check-in time will be 01:00 pm on the arrival date and check-out time will be 11.00 am on the departure date. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges, at the discretion of Stayscape.
  • Guests are requested to pay a security deposit of INR 15,000 at the time of check-in. This amount will be refunded at check-out  or via NEFTwithin 3 business days after check-out.
  • All dues for the villa booking, including meal charges, must be cleared prior to check-in.
  • As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
  • Guests are responsible for his/her personal belongings and valuables. We request you to comply with the rules and regulations to make your stay in our villa comfortable.
  • Access to the kitchen is on prior request only and as per discretion of Stayscape.
  • Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
  • Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
  • Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
  • Loud music is not allowed post 10pm
  • The use of crackers or colors is not permitted within the villa premises.
  • Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property.Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Guests may smoke outdoors or in the poolside area. Please use ashtrays provided and exercise caution to avoid any fire hazards.

Quick Notes for Best Experience

  • The bedroom on the first and third level does not have a washroom, the washroom is in the gaming zone, connecting the room. 
  • We have inverter backup to manage power fluctuations, but appliances like ACs and geysers may be affected. 
  • Wi-Fi is provided, though connectivity may be intermittent due to remote location.
  • Guests are requested to keep their music volume in check for a pleasant stay for everyone around. No loud music allowed after 10 PM.
  • Hot water jacuzzi may be utilized at an additional cost. Please confirm at the time of booking. 
  • The pool is open outdoors, which means occasional leaves and other insects may be present. Rest assured, the pool is equipped with a reliable filtration system for cleanliness and safety.
  • The caretakers will be there to assist you with any requirements; however their availability is limited to 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM 
  • Swimwear is mandatory in the pool.
