Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 days before the check-in date will be eligible for a 100% refund.
Cancellations made between 30 - 15 days before the check-in date will be eligible for a 50% refund.
No refund is applicable if the booking is cancelled within 15 days of check-in, and 100% retention will be charged.
In the case of a No-Show, 100% no refund is applicable, and 100% retention will be charged.
Cancellation for peak dates that is Independence day (15th Aug), Diwali (30th Oct to 5th Nov), Christmas and New year (24th Dec to 2nd Jan) and Republic day (26th Jan) will not be accepted.
In case of extreme last-minute cancellations due to extenuating circumstances, Guests will be refunded 85% of booking amount if Stayscape gets another booking for the same date(s). If not, Guests will not be given a refund, and the cancellation will be treated as a no-show.
If the Guest has made a partial payment, they are entitled to no refund whatsoever.
GST at applicable rates will be charged on this cancellation fee.
