Privacy Policy

  • We recommend guests carefully assess their travel plans before making a reservation since our policy specifies non-refundable cancellations once booked. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to offer an exceptional experience for all our guests.
  • Our outdoor pools, surrounded by trees, may have occasional leaves, toads, and insects. Nevertheless, the pool is equipped with a reliable filtration system to ensure cleanliness and safety.
  • While Wi-Fi is provided, please be aware that uninterrupted connectivity cannot be guaranteed due to our remote location. Take advantage of this opportunity to disconnect and immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature.
  • Our location may experience occasional electricity fluctuations, but we have generators in place at certain properties to minimize inconveniences. Note that this may affect the performance of electrical appliances such as ACs and geysers.
  • Given our natural surroundings, encounters with insects and pests may occur. Rest assured, we take necessary measures to ensure a safe and comfortable stay.
  • A mandatory security deposit, ranging from Rs. 5,000 to Rs. 15,000 based on the property size, is required in cash upon check-in. This deposit will be refunded during check-out unless damages to the property are identified. Damages will incur charges corresponding to the affected items.
  • While our villas are equipped with kitchens, general access to these facilities is not provided to guests. However, access is granted to guests traveling with infants and senior citizens for the purpose of heating milk or water. This specific requirement must be communicated at the time of booking. Additionally, any dietary restrictions or preferences should be informed in advance.
  • Guests are not permitted to order food from external restaurants such as Swiggy, Zomato, Dunzo, Zepto, or UberEats at any property. If guests choose not to avail the provided food menu, they are required to visit the nearest restaurant for their meals.
  • Guests are invited to select their meals from our specially curated menu.
  • While the pool is accessible, there are no lifeguards or safety personnel on duty. Guests are advised to exercise caution in the pool area, and supervision is required for kids and small children at all times. The management cannot be held responsible for any mishaps.
  • After 10 pm, loud music is not permitted outside the villa. Guests are allowed to play music at a lower volume inside the villa, and in the event of a neighbor complaint, the music must be stopped immediately.
  • Stag groups and bachelor groups are not welcome, and inviting external guests to the property is prohibited.
  • Guests traveling with pets must inquire with the Sales/GRM team during the booking process to confirm if the property allows pets.
  • Alcohol consumption is allowed within specified limits.
  • Engaging in illegal activities, including but not limited to the possession or consumption of drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons, is strictly prohibited on the property. The management retains the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
  • Smoking within the villa/rooms is not allowed.
  • Guests are urged to take responsibility for their personal valuables, as the management is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to items.
  • In accordance with the law, every guest aged 18 and above must carry government-approved photo ID proof that includes their address. Only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses, and Passports are accepted.
  • Any inappropriate behavior or violation of the aforementioned house rules may result in a courteous refusal to accept a booking. If guests are already checked in, the management reserves the right to request their departure.
  • Advance prepayment is required for all villa bookings, including meals, before check-in. The security deposit collected during booking will be refunded during check-out or via NEFT within 5 business days post-check-out, subject to no observed damages. For your convenience, we will no longer be accepting cash on-site for any transactions.
  • Cancellations made 30 days before the check-in date will be eligible for a 100% refund.
  • Cancellations made between 30 - 15 days before the check-in date will be eligible for a 50% refund.
  • No refund is applicable if the booking is cancelled within 15 days of check-in, and 100% retention will be charged.
  • In the case of a No-Show, 100% no refund is applicable, and 100% retention will be charged.
  • Cancellation for peak dates that is Independence day (15th Aug), Diwali (30th Oct to 5th Nov), Christmas and New year (24th Dec to 2nd Jan) and Republic day (26th Jan) will not be accepted.
  • GST at applicable rates will be charged on this cancellation fee.
  • Stayscape reserves the right to cancel a booking. Stayscape will offer the guest one of the following options.
  • Book an alternative comparable available Home, if available.
  • Stayscape shall offer Travel Credit (validity of 6 months from date of issuance) of the full amount paid + 10% value of the existing booking that may be redeemed while booking a new home.
  • A full refund for the total amount paid. The refund shall be processed within 5-7 working days from the date of cancellation. 

• Relocation (to another Home) is not permitted, once a booking is confirmed.

  • Our standard check-in time is 1 pm and check-out time is 11 am.
  • The availability of early check-in and late checkout is subject to availability, and charges may apply if the requested extension exceeds a specified duration. All early check-in and late check-out requests can be confirmed a day prior to arrival.
  • It is at the discretion of Stayscape, whether to offer early check-in or late check-out.
  • In case of any refunds that Stayscape owes guest(s), the processing shall be completed within 5-7 working days.
  • A nominal cancellation fee of 5% shall be levied for processing refunds by Stayscape. This is levied to cover payment gateway charges along with a minimal processing charge.
