- Check-in is 02:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges, at the discretion of Stayscape.
- A security deposit of INR 15,000 is payable at check-in, refunded at check-out or via NEFT within 3 business days.
- All dues for the villa booking, including meal charges, must be cleared prior to check-in.
- Every guest above 18 years must carry a government-approved photo ID showing address. Only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports are accepted.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.
- Access to the kitchen is on prior request only and at the discretion of Stayscape.
- Guests cannot invite other guests or day visitors during their stay.
- Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
- Bachelor groups and stag parties are not allowed.
- Loud music is not allowed post 10 pm.
- The use of crackers or colours is not permitted within the villa premises.
- Illegal activities, including carrying or consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons, are prohibited. Management reserves the right to report such activities to local authorities.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Guests may smoke outdoors or in the poolside area.
- Aquavista can be booked as a 3BHK villa, 6BHK villa, or the full 9BHK complex. The villas are not divided by walls, but bookings are offered only for family groups to ensure comfort and privacy for all guests. Even if you’re sharing the property with other families, the premises remain safe, secure, and family-friendly.
- We have an inverter backup system in place for essential lighting and fan operations during any minor power disruptions.
- Swimwear is mandatory in the pool.
- The caretakers will be there to assist you with any requirements; however their availability is limited to 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
- CCTV cameras are installed in the living and pool areas for the safety and security of our guests.
- This villa is pet-friendly; however, as it is a pure vegetarian property, only vegetarian food is permitted for pets.
- Pets are welcome, but are not allowed in the bathrooms, pool, or on the beds.
- Guests are requested to carry pet beds and ensure their pets' safety.

Stayed at Stayscape Villas in Lonavala and honestly, it was such a peaceful experience. The villa is super spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfect if you’re looking for a pure veg stay. Loved the private pool, the calm surroundings, and how comfortable everything felt ideal for a relaxed getaway with family or friends. Definitely a place I’d love to revisit.
This is Most Beautiful pure veg & Jain Villa in Lonavala. The rooms are spacious, clean & well maintained. Food is prepared in house by their chefs. It tastes delicious. Enjoyed our stay here! Highly recommended! Also Jain Derasar is just 5 minutes away from here & you also get Ayambil & Chauvihar facility in the villa.
Aqua Vista by Tropicana has quickly become my go‑to spot for a relaxed weekend getaway. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated—nothing over the top, just the right amount of comfort with a touch of tropical flair. What really made our stay memorable was the hospitality of the caretaker, Sanjay Patil, and his wonderful wife. Sanjay greeted us with a warm smile, helped us check‑in without any hassle, and was always on hand to answer our questions about local attractions. His wife, who manages the dining area, made sure our meals were fresh, flavorful, and served with genuine care. They both went above and beyond—whether it was arranging a quick tea by the pool or making sure we had extra towels, their attentiveness turned a simple visit into a truly homely experience. The food at the on‑site restaurant deserves a shout‑out, too. The menu blends classic Indian flavors with a subtle international twist, and everything we tried—from the spicy paneer tikka to the refreshing tropical smoothies—was consistently delicious.
