Real Moments
- Check-in is 02:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges, at the discretion of Stayscape.
- A security deposit of INR 15,000 is payable at check-in, refunded at check-out or via NEFT within 3 business days.
- All dues for the villa booking, including meal charges, must be cleared prior to check-in.
- Every guest above 18 years must carry a government-approved photo ID showing address. Only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports are accepted.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.
- Access to the kitchen is on prior request only and at the discretion of Stayscape.
- Guests cannot invite other guests or day visitors during their stay.
- Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
- Bachelor groups and stag parties are not allowed.
- Loud music is not allowed post 10 pm.
- The use of crackers or colours is not permitted within the villa premises.
- Illegal activities, including carrying or consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons, are prohibited. Management reserves the right to report such activities to local authorities.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Guests may smoke outdoors or in the poolside area.
- We have an inverter backup system in place for essential lighting and fan operations during any minor power disruptions.
- The living room does not have AC.
- Guests are requested to keep their music volume in check for a pleasant stay for everyone around.
- Our outdoor pool is nestled amidst trees, which means occasional leaves and other insects may be present. Rest assured, the pool is equipped with a reliable filtration system for cleanliness and safety.
- The caretakers will be there to assist you with any requirements; however their availability is limited to 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Swimwear is mandatory in the pool.
- CCTV cameras are installed in the living and pool areas for the safety and security of our guests.
- Pets are welcome, but are not allowed in the bathrooms, pool, or on the beds.
- Guests are requested to carry pet beds and ensure their pets' safety.
Standard Cancellation Policy does not apply to peak or blackout dates. Refunds are only available if 100% payment has been made. Partial payments are non-refundable. For additional information, please refer to our Terms and Conditions

We had booked this property for 40 people for our team offsite, and it was an amazing experience. Right from check-in to check-out, it was smooth sailing. The property was beautifully designed with ample space for everyone. Additionally, there was a nice pool located on the lower floor. The chef at the property freshly prepared and served us some delicious home-cooked food. Moreover, the staff at the property fulfilled all our requests exceptionally well. A big thank you to the StayScape team and Kinnari for coordinating and helping us pull this off. We would surely recommend this place to everyone!
