- Check-in is 02:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges, at the discretion of Stayscape.
- A security deposit of INR 15,000 is payable at check-in, refunded at check-out or via NEFT within 3 business days.
- All dues for the villa booking, including meal charges, must be cleared prior to check-in.
- Every guest above 18 years must carry a government-approved photo ID showing address. Only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports are accepted.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.
- Access to the kitchen is on prior request only and at the discretion of Stayscape.
- Guests cannot invite other guests or day visitors during their stay.
- Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
- Bachelor groups and stag parties are not allowed.
- Loud music is not allowed post 10 pm.
- The use of crackers or colours is not permitted within the villa premises.
- Illegal activities, including carrying or consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons, are prohibited. Management reserves the right to report such activities to local authorities.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Guests may smoke outdoors or in the poolside area.
- We have an inverter backup system in place for essential lighting and fan operations during disruptions.
- Our outdoor pool is nestled amidst trees, which means occasional leaves and other insects may be present. Rest assured, the pool is equipped with a reliable filtration system for cleanliness and safety.
- Swimwear is mandatory in the pool.
- The caretakers will be there to assist you with any requirements; however their availability is limited to 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
- CCTV cameras are installed in the living and pool areas for the safety and security of our guests.
- Pets are welcome, but are not allowed in the bathrooms, pool, or on the beds.
- Guests are requested to carry pet beds and ensure their pets' safety.

We recently stayed here and had a truly pleasant experience. The staff was extremely courteous and welcoming throughout our stay. One thing we absolutely loved was that the property looked exactly like the pictures shared online — no surprises at all. The location is definitely the best part! Just take the first exit and within 5 minutes you reach the property, which makes it super convenient. The place is very well maintained, neat, and the cleanliness was top class. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would surely love to visit again. Highly recommended!
Very beautiful property, just next to entry / exit point so very convenient. Highlight was the awesome food made totally as per our liking. Big pool and cleanliness of the property also gets our thumbs up. It was managed by Stayscape and everyone involved including caretakers were totally professional and helpful with all our requests. Best option for big groups in Lonavala.

Had an amazing weekend with my family! The villa was spacious with comfy rooms and a clean private pool. We loved the game room, especially the TT, carrom, and projector for movie nights. The food was tasty and homely, and the staff was very helpful. Easy to reach and in a peaceful spot perfect for a fun and relaxing stay. Highly recommend!
