Real Moments
- Check-in is 02:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges, at the discretion of Stayscape.
- All dues for the villa booking, including meal charges, must be cleared prior to check-in.
- Every guest above 18 years must carry a government-approved photo ID showing address. Only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports are accepted.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.
- Access to the kitchen is on prior request only and at the discretion of Stayscape.
- Guests cannot invite other guests or day visitors during their stay.
- Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
- Bachelor groups and stag parties are not allowed.
- Loud music is not allowed post 10 pm.
- The use of crackers or colours is not permitted within the villa premises.
- Illegal activities, including carrying or consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons, are prohibited. Management reserves the right to report such activities to local authorities.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Guests may smoke outdoors or in the poolside area.
- We have inverter backup to manage power fluctuations, but appliances like ACs and geysers may be affected.
- Guests are requested to keep their music volume in check for a pleasant stay for everyone around.
- Our pool is covered, however, there could be occasional leaves and other insects around the area. Rest assured, the pool is equipped with a reliable filtration system for cleanliness and safety.
- The caretakers will be there to assist you with any requirements; however their availability is limited to 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Swimwear is mandatory in the pool.
- CCTV cameras are installed in the living and pool areas for the safety and security of our guests.
- Pets are welcome, but are not allowed in the bathrooms, pool, or on the beds.
- Guests are requested to carry pet beds and ensure their pets' safety.
- A security deposit of INR 7,000 is payable at check-in, refunded at check-out or via NEFT within 3 business days.
Standard Cancellation Policy does not apply to peak or blackout dates. Refunds are only available if 100% payment has been made. Partial payments are non-refundable. For additional information, please refer to our Terms and Conditions

The 3BHK villa was spacious, the private pool was amazing, and the peaceful surroundings made our trip truly relaxing. The best part was the ghar jaisa tasty food 🍛❤️—fresh, homely, and made with so much care. It really added to the whole experience. Everything was well-maintained, and we felt completely at home But Homeaway. Highly recommended for a perfect family or friends' getaway specially in monsoon.
Visited this property with my friends and it was the best stay ever! so relaxed, so chill and delicious food..going to definitely visit again and this time take my parents too! i'm sure they'll love it..it gives a very calm farmhouse vibe, much needed ♥️
