- Rates are calculated per person, per day.
- Jain meals are available upon request.
- We use separate utensils for Veg and Non-Veg meal preparation.
- Meal preference to be shared a minimum of 48 hours before check-in.
- Barbeque can be arranged at an additional cost.
Real Moments
- Check-in is 02:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges, at the discretion of Stayscape.
- A security deposit of INR 15,000 is payable at check-in, refunded at check-out or via NEFT within 3 business days.
- All dues for the villa booking, including meal charges, must be cleared prior to check-in.
- Every guest above 18 years must carry a government-approved photo ID showing address. Only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports are accepted.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.
- Access to the kitchen is on prior request only and at the discretion of Stayscape.
- Guests cannot invite other guests or day visitors during their stay.
- Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
- Bachelor groups and stag parties are not allowed.
- Loud music is not allowed post 10 pm.
- The use of crackers or colours is not permitted within the villa premises.
- Illegal activities, including carrying or consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons, are prohibited. Management reserves the right to report such activities to local authorities.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Guests may smoke outdoors or in the poolside area.
- We have generator to manage power fluctuations, but appliances like ACs and geysers may be affected. The backup takes 10 mins to start. The diesel cost for the generator is charged at actuals.
- Projector setup is available on request at an additional charge. Outdoor screening is weather-dependent; during rains, it cannot be set up outside, but guests can enjoy the large screen indoors in the spacious living room.
- Wi-Fi is provided, though connectivity may be intermittent due to our remote location.
- Our outdoor pool is nestled amidst trees, which means occasional leaves and other insects may be present. Rest assured, the pool is equipped with a reliable filtration system for cleanliness and safety.
- The caretakers will be there to assist you with any requirements; however their availability is limited to 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Swimwear is mandatory in the pool.

We had a wonderful stay at Lumi and Sol by Stayscape, Karjat. The property was absolutely beautiful, very clean, hygienic, and extremely well-maintained. The amenities were great, and the movie screening was a really nice touch and made the stay even more enjoyable. A special mention for the Jain food — it was honestly top-notch! Everything was extremely tasty and thoughtfully prepared, which we really appreciated. The caretakers were also incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. They went out of their way to fulfil all our requests and made sure we had a comfortable and pleasant stay. A big thank you to Kinnari from Stayscape as well, who coordinated and helped us with the booking and made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it was a lovely experience and we would definitely recommend lumi and Sol for a peaceful and comfortable getaway in Karjat. ❤️

Loved the stay here , so relaxing , the staff was great plus the ambience was amazing.
We were a group of 21 including kids and had a 2 night stay at this property. The place is very clean, beautiful, well maintained. Food was tasty, extensive variety and appreciated by all. Their staff Vikram and team were very kind and helpful. They took care of all our requests with utmost patience. Yukta who was coordinating with us was always reachable and ensured that everything is taken care of. Overall it was a very good experience of staying with stayscape at Lumi and Sol.
