- Check-in is 02:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges, at the discretion of Stayscape.
- A security deposit of INR 15,000 is payable at check-in, refunded at check-out or via NEFT within 3 business days.
- All dues for the villa booking, including meal charges, must be cleared prior to check-in.
- Every guest above 18 years must carry a government-approved photo ID showing address. Only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports are accepted.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.
- Access to the kitchen is on prior request only and at the discretion of Stayscape.
- Guests cannot invite other guests or day visitors during their stay.
- Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
- Bachelor groups and stag parties are not allowed.
- Loud music is not allowed post 10 pm.
- The use of crackers or colours is not permitted within the villa premises.
- Illegal activities, including carrying or consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons, are prohibited. Management reserves the right to report such activities to local authorities.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Guests may smoke outdoors or in the poolside area.
- We have generators to manage power fluctuations, but appliances like ACs and geysers may be affected. The backup takes 10 mins to start. The diesel cost for the generator is charged at actuals.
- Wi-Fi is provided, though connectivity may be intermittent due to our remote location.
- Our outdoor pool is nestled amidst trees, which means occasional leaves and other insects may be present. Rest assured, the pool is equipped with a reliable filtration system for cleanliness and safety.
- Swimwear is mandatory in the pool.
- The approach roads to this holiday home in Karjat are very bumpy for the last 15 minutes. If travelling with pregnant ladies, please take extra precautions.
- The caretakers will be there to assist you with any requirements; however their availability is limited to 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
- CCTV cameras are installed in the living and pool areas for the safety and security of our guests.
- Pets are welcome, but are not allowed in the bathrooms, pool, or on the beds.
- Guests are requested to carry pet beds and ensure their pets' safety.

Awesome place.... specious rooms.... delicious food and well mannered staff...topclass service....we really enjoyed a lott... though location is bit far and inside the jungle area....but just reach and see the magic.....just a suggestion... plz put some signboards showing direction at the road and turnings. I strongly recommend this villa for the short staycation, family get-together, friends picnic.
What a lovely getaway near Mumbai, loved every corner of if. This hidden gem is just 2 hours away from Mumbai chaos and give bali vibes, this villa offers private pool , cricket turf , kids play area and a delicious food they serve. A perfect place for to chill with friends & family.
We had such an amazing time at this villa. First of all, it is huge and so thoughtfully made, all the tiny details add up to the experience. The staff is super polite, and the food was delicious and very homely. It definitely feels like you are somewhere far in Paradise when it’s hardly three hours away from Pune.
What I loved most was how alive everything felt. I could just sit and watch the trees and spot the most unique birds. That for me was the real luxury. The food was comforting, thoughtful, and consistently delicious. And the staff were incredibly warm and cooperative. Also watching movie at night surrounded by jungle sounds was a highlight for me. Everything felt beautifully put together. There’s real heart behind this place.
The Saltwater by StayScape is hands-down one of the most soothing getaways I have experienced in a long time. The property offers all modern amenities while not losing its traditional rustic charm. The villa is very spacious and airy. There are 4 bohemian themed bedrooms, most come with attached bathrooms. We spent multiple hours in the stunning open lawn which comes with a hammock, swings, trampoline and a play turf. The gazebo is the perfect place to wind down with friends over some games and good food. Special ups for the wonderful hospitality by the on property staff and the delicious cooked meals. I would love to plan another stay soon with a bigger group of family and friends.
