Real Moments
- Check-in is 02:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges, at the discretion of Stayscape.
- A security deposit of INR 15,000 is payable at check-in, refunded at check-out or via NEFT within 3 business days.
- All dues for the villa booking, including meal charges, must be cleared prior to check-in.
- Every guest above 18 years must carry a government-approved photo ID showing address. Only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports are accepted.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.
- Access to the kitchen is on prior request only and at the discretion of Stayscape.
- Guests cannot invite other guests or day visitors during their stay.
- Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
- Bachelor groups and stag parties are not allowed.
- Loud music is not allowed post 10 pm.
- The use of crackers or colours is not permitted within the villa premises.
- Illegal activities, including carrying or consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons, are prohibited. Management reserves the right to report such activities to local authorities.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Guests may smoke outdoors or in the poolside area.
- We have generators to manage power fluctuations, but appliances like ACs and geysers may be affected. The backup takes 10 mins to start. The diesel cost for the generator is charged at actuals.
- Wi-Fi is provided, though connectivity may be intermittent due to our remote location.
- Our outdoor pool is nestled amidst trees, which means occasional leaves and other insects may be present. Rest assured, the pool is equipped with a reliable filtration system for cleanliness and safety.
- Swimwear is mandatory in the pool.
- The caretakers will be there to assist you with any requirements; however their availability is limited to 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
- CCTV cameras are installed in the living and pool areas for the safety and security of our guests.
- Pets are welcome, but are not allowed in the bathrooms, pool, or on the beds.
- Guests are requested to carry pet beds and ensure their pets' safety.

A lovely, spacious property with very decent rooms. The food is really nice! Very home style food. The helpers are also very soft spoken and sweet. I have to specifically thank Ms. Kinnari Gada for always being very helpful and understanding our needs and offering apt places everytime we have travelled to their properties.

One of best property for group party 11th feb 2026, we are total 20 team members visit the property for celebration and grand success party. Every member of our staff had an amazing time at your property. The food was delightful, and we truly appreciated the beautiful surroundings. The highlight for us was the stunning rooms and the pool, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, we were impressed by the cleanliness and overall maintenance of the property.
We had an amazing stay at the villa! The food was absolutely delicious and added so much to our overall experience. The caretakers were extremely helpful and attentive, especially Sachin bhai, who went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. The villa was clean and well-maintained throughout. The pool is huge and perfect for relaxing and having fun also the view from the property is simply breathtaking. One of the best parts was the expansive lawn area, which gave us plenty of space to enjoy outdoor games with our group. Highly recommend this villa for a relaxing and fun getaway!
