Real Moments
- Check-in is 02:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges, at the discretion of Stayscape.
- A security deposit of INR 15,000 is payable at check-in, refunded at check-out or via NEFT within 3 business days.
- All dues for the villa booking, including meal charges, must be cleared prior to check-in.
- Every guest above 18 years must carry a government-approved photo ID showing address. Only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports are accepted.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.
- Access to the kitchen is on prior request only and at the discretion of Stayscape.
- Guests cannot invite other guests or day visitors during their stay.
- Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
- Bachelor groups and stag parties are not allowed.
- Loud music is not allowed post 10 pm.
- The use of crackers or colours is not permitted within the villa premises.
- Illegal activities, including carrying or consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons, are prohibited. Management reserves the right to report such activities to local authorities.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Guests may smoke outdoors or in the poolside area.
- We have generators to manage power fluctuations, but appliances like ACs and geysers may be affected. The backup takes 10 mins to start. The diesel cost for the generator is charged at actuals.
- Wi-Fi is provided, though connectivity may be intermittent due to our remote location.
- Our pool is nestled amidst trees, which means occasional leaves and other insects may be present. Rest assured, the pool is equipped with a reliable filtration system for cleanliness and safety.
- The caretakers will be there to assist you with any requirements, however their availability is limited to 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM.”
- Swimwear is mandatory in the pool.
- The last patch of road leading towards the villa is very narrow; buses or tempo travellers cannot pass through.
- CCTV cameras are installed in the living and pool areas for the safety and security of our guests.
- Pets are welcome, but are not allowed in the bathrooms, pool, or on the beds.
- Guests are requested to carry pet beds and ensure their pets' safety.

“Perfect family getaway with great pool and food” We had such a lovely time at this property! I stayed here with my family and Friends and it turned out to be the perfect family getaway. The pool was clean and well-maintained, and the kids had endless fun splashing around. The food was tasty with good variety, and we all enjoyed our meals. The location was great too — peaceful yet conveniently close to everything we needed. What made it even more special was the relaxing atmosphere, which gave us plenty of time to unwind and enjoy each other’s company. Overall, a wonderful experience and we’d definitely love to come back!
An absolutely amazing property with equally wonderful staff! The place felt so safe and homely that we instantly felt at ease. The food was outstanding — the cook deserves a special mention for making every meal with so much love and care, just like home. Our kids were super comfortable throughout the stay. Words really can’t do justice to how beautiful the property is — and the view was simply perfect!”
Lovely place with beautiful and scenic views overlooking a gorgeous lake and tons of greenery. We were looked after well by the staff and most of our time was spent lazing around in the pool and munching on some delicious, almost home cooked style meals. The perfect "away from the city" weekend getaway.
