- Check-in is 02:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges, at the discretion of Stayscape.
- A security deposit of INR 15,000 is payable at check-in, refunded at check-out or via NEFT within 3 business days.
- All dues for the villa booking, including meal charges, must be cleared prior to check-in.
- Every guest above 18 years must carry a government-approved photo ID showing address. Only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports are accepted.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.
- Access to the kitchen is on prior request only and at the discretion of Stayscape.
- Guests cannot invite other guests or day visitors during their stay.
- Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
- Bachelor groups and stag parties are not allowed.
- Loud music is not allowed post 10 pm.
- The use of crackers or colours is not permitted within the villa premises.
- Illegal activities, including carrying or consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons, are prohibited. Management reserves the right to report such activities to local authorities.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Guests may smoke outdoors or in the poolside area.
- We have generators to manage power fluctuations, but appliances like ACs and geysers may be affected. The backup takes 10 mins to start. The diesel cost for the generator is charged at actuals.
- Wi-Fi is provided, though connectivity may be intermittent due to our remote location.
- The living room does not have an AC, but has two coolers and enough cross-ventilation to feel airy and breezy.
- The family room has two double beds next to each other and no space to move them.
- The caretakers will be there to assist you with any requirements; however their availability is limited to 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Swimwear is mandatory in the pool.
- CCTV cameras are installed in the living and pool areas for the safety and security of our guests.
- Pets are welcome, but are not allowed in the bathrooms, pool, or on the beds.
- Guests are requested to carry pet beds and ensure their pets' safety.

Amazing stay in this villa with my family. The staff was super helpful and sweet. The food was delicious and I liked the menu. The rooms are spacious and it’s perfect if you are bringing your family or friends. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.
The stone water villa was a perfect weekend getaway which brought the whole family together under one roof unlike the hotel stays. We had gathered there to celebrate my aunt’s retirement function and the picturesque villa was THE destination for the celebration. Special mention to Hafsa from the management team who helped ensure all the needs and customisation in meals was taken care of. The chef Sunil served comfort home cooked meals which everyone relished. The villa was very clean and hygienic just perfect for families with toddlers and elderly people. You have something to entertain for all ages, TV, pool, speakers, board games and the pool table. The caretakers were on the property and catered to our needs. Stone water villa is the perfect destination for making any celebration or get-togethers memorable. The entire team is professional and ensures your stay is comfortable. This is such a beautiful peaceful villa in Lonavala. The view is absolutely stunning. We went on a rainy day and their terrace attached to the bedroom was our favourite as the atmosphere was so cold and peaceful. The swimming pool is huge and has a built in jacuzzi and colour changing lights. The living area has such a modern interior and glass look, perfect for pictures. They have TV, Wifi, music system, alexa, remote controlled fans, a dedicated dining area with in house chefs, it’s also pet friendly. Food us super delicious. The bedrooms are super cozy and comfortable, and bathrooms are also nice with amazing interiors and LED mirrors. Everything is designed perfectly. The caretakers also look after your every need. Fully worth it villa, highly recommended!
