House Rules
  • Check-in is 02:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges, at the discretion of Stayscape.
  • A security deposit of INR 15,000 is payable at check-in, refunded at check-out or via NEFT within 3 business days.
  • All dues for the villa booking, including meal charges, must be cleared prior to check-in.
  • Every guest above 18 years must carry a government-approved photo ID showing address. Only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports are accepted.
  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.
  • Access to the kitchen is on prior request only and at the discretion of Stayscape.
  • Guests cannot invite other guests or day visitors during their stay.
  • Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
  • Bachelor groups and stag parties are not allowed.
  • Loud music is not allowed post 10 pm.
  • The use of crackers or colours is not permitted within the villa premises.
  • Illegal activities, including carrying or consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons, are prohibited. Management reserves the right to report such activities to local authorities.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Guests may smoke outdoors or in the poolside area.
Quick Notes
  • The cottage is only available to book on weekdays.
  • The pool and lawn space are common to another cottage and a 2BHK villa.
  • In case there are no other guests, you can enjoy these amenities by yourself.
  • Swimwear is mandatory in the pool.
  • The caretakers will be there to assist you with any requirements; however their availability is limited to 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
  • We have generators to manage power fluctuations, but appliances like ACs and geysers may be affected. The backup takes 10 mins to start. The diesel cost for the generator is charged at actuals.
  • The approach roads to this holiday home in Karjat are very bumpy for the last 15 minutes. If travelling with pregnant ladies, please take extra precautions.
  • CCTV cameras are installed in the living and pool areas for the safety and security of our guests.
  • Pets are welcome, but are not allowed in the bathrooms, pool, or on the beds.
  • Guests are requested to carry pet beds and ensure their pets' safety.
Cancellation Policy
