Overview

In the scenic hilly landscape of Lonavala is this private villa for weekend getaways. Named Woodhouse, it has two living rooms, 6 bedrooms, spread over two floors. As you arrive, there is an outdoor dining space in the verandah. The living room doesn’t have traditional furniture, there are mattresses which can be laid out for everyone to sit and chill together. The upper level also has a wide balcony with a chair seating to enjoy quick breakfast or tea and coffees with evening breeze.

Surrounded by greenery and also decked with multiple indoor plants, you can have a nice weekend getaway, getting a feel of a simple home away from home here.

Layout:

You enter into a living area with a TV unit and a couple of wicker chairs.
There are 3 bedrooms on the ground level, two of which open to the outdoor area through large French windows.
The living space does not have an AC, but the cross-ventilation ensures an airy atmosphere within.
3 other bedrooms are on the upper level, accessible by stairs.
There is a small kitchen upstairs too.
The living area on the upper level opens to a balcony space with cosy seating.
The villa overlooks the surrounding greenery.
The entire verandah outside the villa is lined with potted plants.
There is an outdoor swing in one corner.

House Rules

Check-in is 02:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges, at the discretion of Stayscape.
A security deposit of INR 15,000 is payable at check-in, refunded at check-out or via NEFT within 3 business days.
All dues for the villa booking, including meal charges, must be cleared prior to check-in.
Every guest above 18 years must carry a government-approved photo ID showing address. Only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports are accepted.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.
Access to the kitchen is on prior request only and at the discretion of Stayscape.
Guests cannot invite other guests or day visitors during their stay.
Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
Bachelor groups and stag parties are not allowed.
Loud music is not allowed post 10 pm.
The use of crackers or colours is not permitted within the villa premises.
Illegal activities, including carrying or consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons, are prohibited. Management reserves the right to report such activities to local authorities.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Guests may smoke outdoors or in the poolside area.

Quick Notes

We have an inverter backup system in place for essential lighting and fan operations during any minor power disruptions.
The living room does not have AC.
Guests are requested to keep their music volume in check for a pleasant stay for everyone around.
This villa does not have a swimming pool. It is ideal for guests looking to unwind in a calm, nature-inspired setting.
The caretakers will be there to assist you with any requirements; however their availability is limited to 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
CCTV cameras are installed in the living and pool areas for the safety and security of our guests.
Pets are welcome, but are not allowed in the bathrooms, pool, or on the beds.
Guests are requested to carry pet beds and ensure their pets' safety.

Cancellation Policy

Standard Cancellation Policy does not apply to peak or blackout dates. Refunds are only available if 100% payment has been made. Partial payments are non-refundable. For additional information, please refer to our Terms and Conditions

Up to 40 days before check-in	For cancellations made up to 40 days before the check-in date, 90% of the booking amount will be refunded via the original payment mode or 100% in the form of a Travel Credit, which can be redeemed for future bookings booked with Stayscape Villa
26 – 40 days before check-in	For cancellations made 26 – 40 days prior to the check-in date, 50%* of the booking amount will be refunded.
Within 25 days before check-in	For cancellations made within 25 days before the check-in date, the booking amount will be non-refundable
